Robert Baxter

Strength, Conditioning and Speed Coach

Rob Baxter is a Fordham University graduate (‘96) who played Division I basketball for the Rams and is owner of BX Player Development Group. BX is a training organization for competitive athletes established in 2004 (New York) that has a reputation of helping athletes learn, grow and succeed of the path to greatness.

Rob has become known as a leader in the industry of sports performance having coached thousands of athletes over the past twenty years. Under Rob’s guidance, athletes from the BX program have received millions in athletics scholarships dollars while succeeding at colleges throughout the country.

Rob comes from a family with a long history of athletic excellence. His sister Bridget is currently the Head Softball Coach at Villanova University, having amassed over 900 wins and 10 NCAA Tournament appearances.
